Texas Looks At Mandatory Workers’ Comp–Texas Non Subscriber Attorneys

On Tuesday the Business & Industry Committee of the Texas House held a hearing on the voluntary nature of workers’ compensation in Texas. Some effort to make workers’ comp mandatory is made in every session of the legislature .
