Attorney Jim Williams Prevails in Texas Arbitration Hearing on Behalf of Insurance Provider in Breach of Warranty Claims

In an Austin, Texas Arbitration Hearing of  insurance claims, which included breach of warranty causes of action,  attorney Jim Williams of the Fort Worth law firm of Williams, McClure & Parmelee successfully defended a large national insurance provider against the claims brought against it as well as one of it’s subsidiaries. The hearing, completed on October 12, 2015, resulted in an American Arbitration Association Arbitrator’s award stating that “Claimant is hereby awarded Nothing.” Allegations included claims under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, fraud and breach of contract claims, claims for attorney’s fees as well as insurance coverage and warranty claims. The Arbitrator, a former Texas Supreme Court Justice, concluded that the Respondent, represented by Jim Williams, had successfully defended the case, had correctly denied the coverage, and that Respondent should prevail on all allegations and defenses, resulting in a $ Zero Award…Williams, McClure & Parmelee
